We run many clinics for the management of chronic diseases and offer a wide variety of medical services.

Below is a list of services we can offer to you.  If there is anything that does not appear and to find out the timings of the clinics please ask at reception for further details. 

Patients who have more than one condition will usually have these reviewed in one combined appointment. A recall system is in place for this.

Asthma Reviews

These reviews are carried out by our practice nurses during routine clinics, available by appointment 

Coronary Heart Disease 

Our practice Nurses run these clinics which are available by appointment

COPD Clinic

Our nursing team provide this service by appointment only.

Diabetic Nurse-Led Clinic

This clinic is available by appointment

Heart Failure Clinic

By appointment.

Under 5’s Immunisation Clinic

The practice nurses offer a morning and afternoon clinics each week (by appointment)

Other Vaccinations

The Practice is able to offer a wide range of other vaccinations including Tetanus. Please ask at reception for details.

Annual Health Assessments for Patients with Learning Difficulties

Patients with Learning Difficulties are invited to receive an annual health check either at the surgery or in their home if they are unable to come to the surgery. This is usually during their birthday month.  If you have not received a health check and you think you should have please contact the surgery.

Minor Surgery

The practice is registered to carry out a range of minor surgery procedures.  Your GP will advise you what can be done for you.

Contraception

The practice offers a range of contraception including injectable contraception. Please ask at reception for an appointment.

Ante-natal Clinic

Our Community Midwifes run these sessions on a Friday 9:00am – 12:00noon (by appointment) and Monday 1:30pm – 3:30pm (by appointment).
