Welcome to our Practice. We provide many services to help you manage your health. We work very closely with our allied community nursing, and health visiting teams. The Practice offers the services of, stop smoking advisor, and other local services to help our patients with their health and wellbeing.

Our aim is to provide an effective, efficient and fair health care service to all our patients by:

  • Having a professional integrated primary healthcare team who are suitably qualified and trained
  • Offering our services in a safe, supportive and suitably equipped environment

Do not go to your GP surgery, pharmacy or hospital if you think you may have coronavirus. Stay at home and avoid close contact with other people.

Visit NHS 111 Online or call 111 if you need to speak to someone regarding your condition or for advice on what to do.

Fit notes

Please do not contact the surgery if you are needing a fit note for self isolation.  NHS 111 has an online service where you can generate a note for your employer.  Please click here to be taken to this service.  The surgery is under significant pressure during this time and we will not be able to issue a note for this purpose.  Many thanks for your understanding.
