Mind staff involve service users, carers and the local community in order for those who are experiencing mental distress to live full lives, and play their full part in society.
The services that Mind offer are focused on improving and enhancing every individual's wellbeing, based on the principles and practices of person centred planning and self-directed support.
The Mood Tracker App is a self-help tool designed by Tyneside & Northumberland Mind, where you can rate your mood and update your online journal as often as you like.
